Worship Ministry
VISION
Our desire is to create an atmosphere of worship that will literally change a person's life. While we seek to provide music with excellence, the ultimate goal is to draw one closer to Jesus Christ.
Welcome to Daystar Worship. We're so excited you're interested in partnering with us in ministry and cannot wait to get to know you. Our prayer is that we can help you grow in worship and experience life-changing encounters with God. Our vision is to help develop highly influential God-worshippers. In order to accomplish this, we focus on developing these five foundational values:
CORE is our understanding of worship.
CHARACTER is how we conduct ourselves as worshipers of Jesus.
CRAFT is honing the skills to operate in your gifting with excellence.
CHEMISTRY is how we engage the congregation in ministry.
COMMUNITY is your sense of being a part of a family of people with similar interests and callings.
Worship Discipleship
Worship isn't just a song or the first 25 minutes in a church service, it's much too big for that. Worship is a lifestyle of obedience that flows directly from our love relationship with the Lord. In these classes we will learn what it means to worship in Spirit and in truth as we allow His life-changing glory to flow through us and let His character develop in our hearts. These classes are available to anyone interested in learning more about worship and growing in Christ.

- A Worshipper's Heart*
- A Worshipper's Character*
- A Worshipper's Influence*
*These classes are part of the training process for platform ministry.
Daystar Worship Groups
Various worship groups are available throughout the year. Some examples are:
- Group Instrumental Lessons
- Guitar Clinic
- Songwriting Classes

Worship Volunteers
Our volunteers are lovingly known as the Benjamites.....just kidding. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Office help
- Live Recording Volunteers
- Prayer partners
- Worship training night volunteer team
- Product sales and other items for special events.
Platform Ministry
This includes all worship teams. There are two initial prerequisites a person must meet before being evaluated for platform ministry at DaystarChurch:-Completion of Daystar 101 and Daystar Church membership -Attendance at an evaluation information meeting Evaluation meetings are held before the scheduled evaluations. At the evaluation meeting, we will explain the full vision and process for involvement in Daystar Church platform ministry. For more information, contact
